Rust & Olive Green Lambswool Cascade Scarf

Inspired by traditional Māori Tukutuku weaving, Cascade features intricate geometric panels that echo patterns found on the walls of wharenuis (Māori meeting houses). These panels represent storytelling, genealogy, and intergenerational knowledge.

This design draws from the Porourangi Potama pattern—a significant motif connected to my upbringing in Tikitiki, NZ—symbolising growth, learning, and ancestral heritage.

Handmade in my London studio on a domestic knitting machine.

Gently felted for a soft and luxurious drapey feel.
